Sunt alune dense, din punct de vedere nutritional. Caju are forma rinichilor si este cultivata in locuri cu climat tropical. Se cultiva in special in tari precum India, Kenya, Sri Lanka si Tanzania. Nucile (sau alunele) de caju se regasesc la baza fructului numit mar de acaju. Are diverse intrebuintari si numeroase beneficii pentru sanatate.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Informatii nutritionale<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Caju este deosebit de nutritiv si contine numeroase proteine si minerale esentiale, inclusiv cupru, calciu, magneziu, fier, fosfor, potasiu si zinc. Contine si sodiu, chiar daca in cantitati reduse. De asemenea, contine vitamina C, complexul de vitamine B, acid folic, vitamina E si vitamina K. Reprezinta o sursa de acid oleic si asigura o cantitate buna de grasimi monosaturate si cantitati mici de grasimi polinesaturate.<\/p>\n<p>Valorile nutritionale pentru o cantitate de 100 de grame de caju sunt:<\/p>\n<p>Energie \u2013 2552 kJ \/ 615 kcal<\/p>\n<p>Proteine \u2013 21.2 g<\/p>\n<p>Carbohidra\u0163i \u2013 20.8 g<\/p>\n<p>din care zaharuri \u2013 5.0 g<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u0103simi \u2013 48.9 g<\/p>\n<p>din care saturate \u2013 8.8 g<\/p>\n<p>din care mono nesaturate \u2013 30.6 g<\/p>\n<p>din care polisaturate \u2013 8.0 g<\/p>\n<p>Fibre alimentare \u2013 3.8 g<\/p>\n<p>Sodiu \u2013 10.0 mg<\/p>\n<p>Calciu \u2013 44.0 mg<\/p>\n<p>Magneziu \u2013 269.0 mg<\/p>\n<p>Fosfor \u2013 607.0 mg<\/p>\n<p>Fier \u2013 6.7 mg<\/p>\n<p>Zinc \u2013 5.8 mg<\/p>\n<p>Vitamina B1 \u2013 0.3 mg<\/p>\n<p>Vitamina B2 \u2013 0.1 mg<\/p>\n<p>Vitamina B3 \u2013 4.3 mg<\/p>\n<p>Vitamina E \u2013 1.9 mg<\/p>\n<p>Acid Folic \u2013 29.3 mcg<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Beneficiile consumului de caju pentru sanatate<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Caju are beneficii incredibile pentru sanatate. Iata cateva dintre ele:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h3>Previne bolile de inima<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Reprezinta o sursa buna de grasimi dietetice sanatoase, care sunt esentiale pentru a absorbi vitaminele solubile in grasimi (vitamina A, D, E \u0219i K) si pentru a produce acizi grasi vitali pentru dezvoltarea creierului si coagularea sangelui. Aceste grasimi sanatoase includ grasimi monosaturate si grasimi polinesaturate. Caju este benefic pentru inima si ajuta la reducerea colesterolului rau LDL, daca este consumat in cantitatile potrivite, chiar si in cazul diabeticilor.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n<h3>Mentine sanatatea muschilor si a nervilor<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Alunele de caju sunt o sursa buna de magneziu, care este vital pentru dezvoltarea sanatoasa a oaselor, muschilor, tesuturilor si organelor corpului. Magneziul ajuta la mentinerea tensiunii arteriale, creste imunitatea, mentine buna functionare a nervilor si mentine oasele sanatoase. Este, de asemenea, implicat in functiile metabolice si ajuta la reglarea nivelurilor de zahar din sange.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>\n<h3>Reduce riscul de diabet<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Contine cantitati extrem de reduse de zahar si nu contine colesterol daunator, astfel ca este potrivit si pacientilor care sufera de diabet. In plus, ajuta la reducerea riscului de diabet de tipul 2.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>\n<h3>Reduce riscul de anemie<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Este o sursa de fier dietetic, care este vital pentru transportarea oxigenului in organism si ajuta la functionarea enzimelor si a sistemului imunitar. O deficienta de fier in dieta poate cauza oboseala, anemie si predispoizite crescuta la infectii.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>\n<h3>Imbunatateste sistemul imunitar<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Aceste alune contin zinc, care joaca un rol vital in intarirea sistemului imunitar impotriva infectiilor microbiene si in vindecarea ranilor. Zincul este extrem de important in sarcina, pentru cresterea fatului, precum si in timpul copilariei, pentru a mentine un organism sanatos.<\/p>\n<p>Acestea sunt doar cateva dintre beneficiile pe care consumul de caju le are pentru organism.
