Sunt un ingredient sanatos si versatil, care poate fi utilizat pentru a indulci diferite preparate.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ce sunt smochinele?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Smochinele sunt fructe care provin de la smochin, din familia Moraceae. Au un gust unic, dulce si o textura moale, precum si seminte comestibile. Smochinele proaspete sunt usor perisabile, de aceea se regasesc mai rar pe rafturile magazinelor si au un pret crescut. De asemenea, au un continut ridicat de minerale, inclusiv magneziu, calciu, potasiu, fier si cupru. Sunt si o sursa buna de antioxidanti, precum vitaminele A si K, care contribuie la starea de sanatate.<\/p>\n<p>O cantitate de 100 de grame de smochine confiate contine:<\/p>\n<p>Calorii: 209<\/p>\n<p>Proteine: 3.3g<\/p>\n<p>Grasimi: 1.5g<\/p>\n<p>Carbohidrati: 48.6g<\/p>\n<p>Fibre: 9.2g<\/p>\n<p>O cantitate de 100 de grame de smochine proaspete contine:<\/p>\n<p>Calorii: 43<\/p>\n<p>Proteine: 1.3g<\/p>\n<p>Grasimi: 0.3g<\/p>\n<p>Carbohidrati: 9.5g<\/p>\n<p>Fibre: 2g<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Cum se selecteaza si stocheaza smochinele?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Sezonul smochinelor proaspete este din vara pana in toamna, perioada exacta depinzand de soiul smochinelor. Acestea sunt usor perisabile si delicate si se recomanda sa fie consumate in decurs de una-doua zile dupa achizitionare. Daca nu sunt coapte, se recomanda pastrarea lor la temperatura camerei. Daca sunt coapte, acestea trebuie tinute la frigider.<\/p>\n<p>Smochinele confiate tin mai mult. Acestea pot fi stocate intr-un loc racoros si intunecat sau in frigider.<\/p>\n<p>Smochinele pot fi consumate cu sau fara coaja, in functie de grosimea pielii, precum si de preferintele personale ale consumatorilor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Beneficii pentru sanatate<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Consumul de smochine are numeroase beneficii pentru sanatate. Iata cateva dintre acestea:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Scaderea in greutate. Intrucat smochinele contin o cantitate ridicata de fibre, sunt benefice pentru scaderea in greutate. Sunt adeseori recomandate persoanelor care sufera de obezitate.<\/li>\n<li>Tratarea disfunctiei sexuale. Consumul de smochine este recomandat pentru a reduce problemele de disfunctie sexuala, inclusiv sterilitatea, rezistenta redusa si disfunctia erectila.<\/li>\n<li>Scaderea tensiunii arteriale. Smochinele au un continut ridicat de potasiu si un continut scazut de sodiu, astfel ca sunt ideale pentru a lupta impotriva hipertensiunii. Reducerea tensiunii arteriale ajuta la relaxare si calmarea nervilor.<\/li>\n<li>Intarirea oaselor. Aceste fructe sunt bogate in calciu, care este o componenta importanta in intarirea oaselor si reducerea riscului de osteoporoza. De asemenea, sunt bogate in fosfor, care incurajeaza formarea oaselor sistimuleaza cresterea daca exista degradare sau deteriorare la oase.<\/li>\n<li>Proprietati antioxidante. O cantitate bogata de polifenoli se regaseste in smochine. Polifenolii sunt antioxidanti care protejeaza organismul uman impotriva stresului oxidativ.<\/li>\n<li>Prevenirea constipatiei. Fructele precum smochinele contin o cantitate mare de fibre, astfel ca ajuta la functionarea normala a intestinului si previn constipatia.<\/li>\n<li>Reducerea nivelurilor de colesterol. In smochine se regaseste si pectina, o fibra solubila care stimuleaza miscarile sanatoase ale intestinului. Aceste fructe pot avea efect laxativ. In plus, cand fibrele trec prin tractul digestiv, inmoaie excesul de colesterol si il transporta in sistemul de excretie, de unde urmeaza sa fie eliminat din organism. Acest proces este asociat cu reducerea nivelurilor de colesterol si activitatile anticanceroase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Asadar, smochinele sunt fructe care pot fi consumate atat proaspete, cat si confiate.
