Vermutul se confrunt\u0103 cu o rena\u0219tere \u0219i se reg\u0103se\u0219te mai des \u00een cocktail-uri.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: georgia, palatino, serif\"><strong>Ce este vermut ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: georgia, palatino, serif\">Vermutul este un vin fortificat, aromat cu o varietate de ierburi \u0219i condimente. Este fabricat \u00een mod tradi\u021bional \u00een dou\u0103 stiluri majore: vermut uscat (alb) \u0219i vermut dulce (ro\u0219u). Vermutul uscat, originar din Fran\u021ba este cunoscut \u0219i folosit pentru prepararea martiniului \u0219i este uscat \u0219i floral. Vermutul dulce provine de obicei din Italia, este dulce, condimentat \u0219i pe baz\u0103 de plante \u0219i este utilizat la cocktail-uri precum Manhattans \u0219i Negroni. Vermuturile uscate \u0219i dulci sunt, de asemenea, savurate ca aperitiv. Adaug\u0103 pu\u021bin\u0103 l\u0103m\u00e2ie sau portocal\u0103 pentru a-i scoate la iveal\u0103 aromele sale fine.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 12pt\"><strong>Profilul vermutului<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 12pt\">Aromele din vermut pot varia foarte mult \u00een func\u021bie de produc\u0103tor. Vermutul uscat este u\u0219or \u0219i cu un con\u021binut sc\u0103zut de taninuri. Are un profil floral, aromat \u0219i fructat. Vermutul dulce este produs din fructe negre, condimente, vanilie, caramel, cacao \u0219i ierburi.
