Sunt bogate in vitamine, minerale, proteine si fibre, motiv pentru care sunt asociate cu numeroase beneficii pentru sanatate. O mana de migdale contine o optime din necesarul zilnic de proteine. Migdalele pot fi consumate drept migdale crude sau prajite. In comert, se gasesc si sub forma de migdale decojite, faina de migdale, fulgi de migdale, felii de migdale, ulei de migdale, unt de migdale sau lapte de migdale.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ce sunt migdalele?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Migdalele sunt, de fapt, seminte ale migdalului. Iata cateva dintre potentialele beneficii pe care le ofera consumatorilor:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Reduce colesterolul. Migdalele cresc nivelurile de vitamina E din plasma si globulele rosii si reduc nivelurile de colesterol.<\/li>\n<li>Reduce riscul de aparitie a cancerului. Consumul de migdale, dar si de alte arahide si nuci, reduce de 2-3 ori riscul de aparitie a cancerului de san.<\/li>\n<li>Protejeaza inima. Consumul de migdale, dar si de alte nuci si seminte, este adeseori asociat cu niveluri imbunatatite de lipide din sange si este benefic pentru inima. Exista dovezi care atesta faptul ca includerea migdalelor in dieta poate ajuta la lupta impotriva bolilor de inima. In plus, migdalele cresc semnificativ cantitatea de antioxidanti din sange, reduc tensiunea arteriala si imbunatatesc circulatia sanguina.<\/li>\n<li>Migdalele si vitamina E. migdalele contin niveluri relativ ridicate de vitamina E, care este un antioxidant important pentru organism. Mai mult, chiar, migdalele sunt una dintre cele mai bune surse naturale de vitamina E, asigurand 37% din cantitatea zilnica recomandata de vitamina E. Aceasta vitamina ajuta la protejarea celulelor impotriva leziunilor oxidative. De asemenea, consumul de vitamina E este asociat cu riscul scazut de aparitie a diverselor boli, precum Alzheimer, bolilor de inima si diferitelor tipuri de cancer.<\/li>\n<li>Controleaza nivelurile de zahar din sange.
