Iata cateva dintre ele:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h3>Sunt bogate in acizi grasi omega-3<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Daca esti vegetarian sau nu mananci peste, semintele de in sunt cea mai buna sursa de acizi grasi omega-3. Aceste seminte sunt o sursa bogata de acid alfa-linoleic, un acid gras omega-3 provenit de la plante. Acesta este unul dintre acizi grasi esentiali pe care organismul trebuie sa ii obtina din mancarea consumata, intrucat nu ii produce el. Conform unor studii efectuate p0e animale s-a demonstrat ca acidul alfa-linoleic previne depozitarea colesterolului pe vasele de sange ale inimii, reduce inflamatia in artere si reduce gresterea tumorala.
