Uleiul de seminte de susan, derivat din semintele de susan, reprezinta o sursa bogata de nutrienti si are proprietati laxative si emoliente.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Informatii nutritionale<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Semintele de susan sunt o sursa bogata de uleiuri naturale, lignani, antioxidanti, proteine, fibre dietetice, precum si vitamine si minerale precum calciu, fier, potasiu, fosfor, magneziu, complexul de vitamine B si vitamina E. De asemenea, aceste seminte sunt bogate in amino acizi si polifenoli de ardere a grasimilor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Beneficii pentru sanatate obtinute prin consumul de seminte de susan<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Iata care sunt cateva dintre beneficiile obtinute prin consumul de seminte de susan:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h3>Sunt o sursa bogata de fibre<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>O portie de 30 de grame de seminte de susan decojite ofera 3.5 grame de fibre, cantitate care reprezinta 12% din doza zilnica recomandata. Asadar, consumul regulat de astfel de seminte poate ajuta la cresterea aportului de fibre. Fibrele sunt renumite pentru suportul pe care il ofera sanatatii digestive. Semintele de susan sunt bogate in magneziu, care ajuta la reducerea tensiunii arteriale.
