Este plin cu substante nutritive si compusi bioactivi care au beneficii puternice pentru organism si creier. Este un ingredient popular in gastronomie, in special in bucataria asiatica si in cea indiana. De asemenea, se foloseste ghimbir in scopuri medicinale, de mii de ani. Printre beneficiile posibile pentru sanatate se numara ameliorarea senzatiei de greata, a pierderii apetitului, bolilor motorii si durerilor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ce este ghimbirul?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Radacina sau tulpina subterana (rizomul) din planta de ghimbir poate fi consumata in stare proaspata, sub forma de pudra, uscata ca si condiment, sub forma de ulei sau ca suc. Ghimbirul face parte din familia Zingiberaceae, alaturi de cardamom si turmeric. In general, planta de ghimbir se gaseste in India, Jamaica, Fiji, Indonezia si Australia. In comert, se regaseste atat proaspat, cat si uscat, extract de ghimbir sau ulei de ghimbir, dar si in tincturi, capsule si pastile. De asemenea, ghimbirul se foloseste si in turta dulce, diverse prajituri, bauturi si multe alte retete.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Stiati ca&#8230;?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Ghimbirul a fost folosit de mult timp in scop gastronomic si medicinal.<\/li>\n<li>Printre beneficiile posibile se numara reducerea starii de greata, a durerii si inflamatiei.<\/li>\n<li>Ghimbirul poate fi utilizat pentru a face ceai, poate fi tocat sau zdrobit in mancaruri tip curry sau alte preparate culinare savuroase, sau uscat si cristalizat in dulciuri si produse de cofetarie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Informatii nutritionale<\/h2>\n<p>O lingurita de ghimbir contine:<\/p>\n<p>Calorii: 4.8<\/p>\n<p>Carbohidrati: 1.07g<\/p>\n<p>Fibre dietetice: 0.12g<\/p>\n<p>Proteina: 0.11g<\/p>\n<p>Grasimi: 0.05g<\/p>\n<p>Zaharuri: 0.1g<\/p>\n<p>De asemenea, ghimbirul mai contine: vitamina B3 si B6, fier, potasiu, vitamina C, magneziu, fosfor, zinc, riboflavina, niacina si acid folic.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Beneficii pentru sanatate <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Iata cateva dintre beneficiile pe care consumul de ghimbir le are pentru sanatate:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h3>Ghimbirul contine gingerol, o substanta cu proprietati medicinale<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ghimbirul are un istoric bogat al utilizarii sale in diferite forme de medicina traditionala\/alternativa. A fost utilizat pentru a ajuta la digestie, a reduce starile de greata si a lupta impotriva gripei si a racelilor comune. Parfumul si aroma sa unica provine din uleiurile sale naturale, cel mai important dintre acestea fiind gingerolul. Acesta este un compus bioactiv principal in ghimbir si este responsabil datorita numeroaselor sale proprietati medicinale. Are puternice efecte antiinflamatorii si antioxidante.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n<h3>Ghimbirul poate trata numeroase forme de greata, in special greturile de dimineata<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ghimbirul este deosebit de eficient impotriva starilor de greata. Poate ameliora starile de greata si de varsaturi din urma unei interventii chirurgicale, precum si in cazul pacientilor cu cancer, care fac chimioterapie. De asemenea, este eficient in cazul greturilor provocate de sarcina, cum sunt greturile de dimineata.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>\n<h3>Ghimbirul poate reduce durerile musculare<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ghimbirul s-a dovedit a fi eficient impotriva durerilor musculare cauzate de exercitiile fizice. Desi nu are un impact imediat, consumul de ghimbir poate fi eficient la reducerea progresiei de zi cu zi a durerii. Aceste efecte sunt presupuse a fi cauzate de proprietatile antiinflamatorii ale ghimbirului.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>\n<h3>Efectele sale antiinflamatorii ajuta in cazul osteoporozei<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Osteoporoza este o boala destul de des intalnita, care produce degenerarea articulatiilor din organism, creand simptome precum dureri articulare si rigiditate. Conform unui studiu realizat oe 247 de persoane cu osteoartrita la genunchi, a reiesit ca pacientii care au consumat extract de ghimbir au avut dureri mai mici si nevoia redusa de a lua medicamente contra durerilor.<\/p>\n<p>Alaturi de aceste beneficii pentru sanatate, ghimbirul mai poate reduce riscul de aparitie a bolilor de inima, imbunatateste functia creierului si protejeaza impotriva aparitiei bolii Alzheimer, reduce nivelurile de colesterol, reduce durerile menstruale, trateaza indigestia cronica si previne cancerul.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ce este ghimbirul?
