Poate fi unul dintre cele mai eficiente suplimente alimentare existente. Conform numeroaselor studii, s-a demonstrat ca exista diverse beneficii pentru organism si creier, date de consumul de turmeric.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ce este turmericul?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Turmericul provine de la planta Curcuma longa, care creste in India si in alte tari din Sud-Estul Asiei. Este o planta din familia ghimbirului. Radacina uscata a plantei Curcuma longa este macinata, devenind pudra de un galben distinctiv, culoare datorita careia turmericul este denumit si condimentul de aur.<\/p>\n<p>[magento name=&#8221;%turmeric%&#8221; limit=8 suffix=&#8221;Lei&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Informatii nutritionale<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Turmericul este benefic pentru sanatate, datorita numerosilor sai compusi chimici, cunoscuti sub numele de curcuminoide. Substanta activa din turmeric este curcuma. Curcuma este ceea ce face turmericul sa fie un \u201ealiment functional\u201d, definit ca fiind un aliment care are potentiale efecte pozitive asupra sanatatii.<\/p>\n<p>O portie de aproximativ sapte grame de turmeric contine aproximativ:<\/p>\n<p>Calorii: 23.9<\/p>\n<p>Carbohidrati: 4.4g<\/p>\n<p>Proteine: 0.5g<\/p>\n<p>Grasimi: 0.7g<\/p>\n<p>Fibre: 1.4g<\/p>\n<p>Mangan: 0.5mg<\/p>\n<p>Fier: 2.8mg<\/p>\n<p>Vitamina B6: 0.1mg<\/p>\n<p>Potasiu: 170mg<\/p>\n<p>Vitamina C: 1.7mg<\/p>\n<p>Magneziu: 13mg<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Beneficii pentru sanatate<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Turmericul are numeroase beneficii pentru sanatate. Iata cateva dintre acestea:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h3>Turmericul are compusi bioactivi cu puternice proprietati medicinale<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>De mii de ani, turmericul s-a folosit in India drept condiment si planta medicinala. Acesta are anumiti compusi cu proprietati medicinale. Acesti compusi se numesc curcuminoide, iar cel mai important dintre ele este curcuma. Curcuma are efecte antiinflamatorii puternice si este un antioxidant foarte puternic.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n<h3>Curcuma este un compus antiinflamator natural<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Inflamatia este importanta, intrucat ajuta organismul sa lupte impotriva invadatorilor straini, precum si are rolul de a repara distrugerile. Fara inflamatie, agenti patogeni precum bacteriile ar putea sa iti stapaneasca organismul usor si sa il omoare. Desi inflamatia acuta, pe termen scurt, este benefica, poate deveni o problema majora cand devine cronica si ataca necorespunzator tesuturile corpului.<\/p>\n<p>Oamenii de stiinta considera ca inflamatia cronica de nivel redus joaca un rol important in aproape toate bolile cronice, incluzand bolile de inima, sindromul metabolic, cancerul, Alzheimer si diverse conditii degenerative. Asadar, orice care poate ajuta in lupta impotriva inflamatiei cronice este important in prevenirea si chiar tratarea acestor boli.<\/p>\n<p>Curcuma este un puternic antiinflamator. Este atat de puternic, incat are aceeasi eficienta ca si diverse medicamente antiinflamatorii, fara a avea, insa, efecte adverse.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>\n<h3>Turmericul creste dramatic capacitatea antioxidanta a organismului<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Curcuma este un antioxidant potent, care poate neutraliza radicalii liberi, datorita structurii sale chimice. In plus, curcuma imbunatateste activitatea enzimelor antioxidante ale organismului tau.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>\n<h3>Curcuma imbunatateste factorul neurotrofic derivat din creier, care este legat de functia imbunatatita a creierului si un risc redus de tulburari cerebrale<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Factorul neurotrofic derivat din creier (BDNF) este un tip de hormon de crestere care functioneaza in creier. Numeroase tulburari cerebrale sunt asociate cu niveluri scazute ale acestui hormon, inclusiv depresia si boala Alzheimer. Curcuma poate creste nivelurile cerebrale de BDNF. Prin aceasta, curcuma poate fi eficienta in intarzierea sau chiar inversarea multor tulburari cerebrale si scaderi ale functiei cerebrale cauzate de varsta.
