In plus, aceasta este un condiment care are si numeroase beneficii pentru sanatate.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Stiati ca&#8230;?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Iata cateva lucruri despre scortisoara pe care s-ar putea sa nu le stii:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Scortisoara a fost folosita timp de mii de ani in scop medicinal si este renumita pentru beneficiile sale pentru sanatate.<\/li>\n<li>Ar trebui sa consumi o cantitate foarte mare din aceasta pudra ca sa experimentezi orice tip de efecte negative periculoase ale scortisoarei.<\/li>\n<li>Studiile au demonstrat ca acest condiment nu are efecte asupra nivelurilor de glucoza din sange in cazul pacientilor cu diabet de tip 2.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Tipuri populare de scortisoara<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Exista doua tipuri principale de scortisoara. ele sunt recoltate din pomi diferiti si din diferite locuri de pe continent. Intre cele doua tipuri exista diferente diverse. Cele doua tipuri sunt Ceylon si Cassia. Desi, in general, in comert se gaseste sortimentul Cassia, Ceylon este considerat ca fiind \u201escortisoara adevarata\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Iata care sunt diferentele intre cele doua sortimente:<\/p>\n<p>Ceylon:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>gust dulce si delicat<\/li>\n<li>culoare maro deschis<\/li>\n<li>textura catifelata<\/li>\n<li>origine: India, Sri Lanka<\/li>\n<li>continut de cumarina scazut<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cassia:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>gust puternic<\/li>\n<li>culoare maro inchis<\/li>\n<li>textura aspra, grunjoasa<\/li>\n<li>origine: China, Vietnam, Indonezia<\/li>\n<li>continut de cumarina ridicat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Informatii nutritionale<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>O lingurita de scortisoara, cantarind aproximativ 2.6g, contine:<\/p>\n<p>Energie: 6 calorii (kcal)<\/p>\n<p>Grasimi: 0.3g<\/p>\n<p>Carbohidrati: 2.1g<\/p>\n<p>Proteine: 0.1g<\/p>\n<p>Calciu: 26mg<\/p>\n<p>Fier: 0.2mg<\/p>\n<p>Magneziu: 2mg<\/p>\n<p>Fosfor: 2mg<\/p>\n<p>Potasiu: 11mg<\/p>\n<p>Vitamina C: 0.1mg<\/p>\n<p>Vitamina A: 8UI<\/p>\n<p>De asemenea, contine urme de vitamina B si K.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Beneficii pentru sanatate<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Printre beneficiile scortisoarei se numara urmatoarele:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h3>Este bogata intr-o substanta cu puternice proprietati medicinale<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Cinamaldehida este unul dintre compusii principali ai scortisoarei. Acest compus este banuit a fi responsabil pentru majoritatea efectelor puternice ale scortisoarei asupra sanatatii si metabolismului.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n<h3>Este bogata in antioxidanti<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Antioxidantii protejeaza organismul impotriva leziunilor oxidative cauzate de radicalii liberi. In compozitia scortisoarei intra o cantitate bogata de antioxidanti puternici, precum polifenoli.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>\n<h3>Are proprietati antiinflamatorii<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Conform studiilor, s-a demonstrat ca acest condiment si antioxidantii care se regasesc in el au proprietati antiinflamatorii puternice. Astfel, prin consumul de scortisoara, este redus riscul de aparitie a bolilor.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>\n<h3>Poate reduce riscul de boli ale inimii<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Este asociata cu un risc scazut de boli ale inimii. In cazul pacientilor care sufera de diabet de tip 2, 1 gram din acest condiment pe zi are efecte benefice asupra markerilor din sange. In plus, acest condiment reduce nivelurile totale de colesterol, colesterol rau LDL si trigliceride, dar mentine nivelurile de colesterol bun HDL. De asemenea, reduce tensiunea arteriala.
