Este o samanta comestibila provenita de la copacul Pistacia vera. Semintele de fistic, contin grasimi sanatoase, care reprezinta o sursa buna de proteine, fibre si antioxidanti. In plus, fisticul contine numerosi nutrienti si au beneficii pentru scaderea in greutate, precum si pentru sanatatea inimii si a intestinelor.<\/p>\n<p>Cercetatorii au demonstrat ca oamenii consumau fistic de mii de ani. In prezent, fisticul este utilizat si in diverse preparate culinare, precum salate sau inghetata. Fisticul este apreciat pentru gustul sau usor dulce si pentru nuanta sa. De asemenea, fisticul este unul dintre cele mai vechi tipuri de nuci din lume. Facand parte din familia nucilor, fisticul are beneficiile acestora, insa are si proprietati unice, care il diferentiaza de alte tipuri de nuci.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Valori nutritionale<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Fisticul contine numerosi nutrienti importanti pentru organism. Reduc riscul cancerului si al altor boli, intrucat previn distrugerea celulelor din organism. In fistic se regaseste un nivel mai ridicat de antioxidanti, decat exista in alte nuci si seminte.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n<h3><strong>Este bun pentru sanatatea ochilor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Reprezinta o sursa bogata de luteina si zeaxantina, care sunt antioxidanti esentiali pentru sanatatea oculara. Asadar, reduce riscul de aparitie a diverselor boli la nivelul ochilor, inclusiv cataracta.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>\n<h3><strong>Este benefic pentru sanatatea intestinala<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Toate tipurile de nuci sunt bogate in fibre, care incurajeaza un sistem digestiv sanatos, intrucat ajuta la tranzitul mancarii prin intestine si previn constipatia.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>\n<h3><strong>Este eficient in curele de slabire<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Consumul regulat de nuci reduce riscul de crestere a greutatii. Fisticul este in special benefic pentru persoanele care isi doresc sa scada in greutate sau sa isi mentina greutatea. Se presupune ca nevoia de a decoji fisticul inainte de a-l consuma ajuta, de asemenea, la scaderea in greutate. Conform studiilor, s-a sugerat ca faptul ca vederea cojilor ofera un memento asupra cantitatii consumate.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>\n<h3><strong>Este important pentru sanatatea inimii<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ajuta la reducerea nivelurilor de colesterol. Un studiu a aratat ca femeile care consuma nuci in mod regulat sunt protejate partial de bolile cardiovasculare. De asemenea, in urma aceluiasi studiu, s-a dovedit ca exista o conexiune intre consumul regulat de nuci si riscul redus de deces din alte cauze. Fisticul, in special, protejeaza inima, intrucat reduce nivelurile de colesterol si tensiunea arteriala.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>\n<h3><strong>Este benefic pentru echilibrul zaharului din sange<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Fisticul are un index glicemic redus, astfel ca nu determina o crestere a zaharului din sange in urma consumului. Un studiu a demonstrat ca, pentru persoanele cu diabet, consumul de fistic este benefic pentru reglarea nivelurilor de zahar din sange, a presiunii arteriale si obezitatii.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li>\n<h3><strong>Reduce riscul cancerului de colon<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Fisticul poate reduce riscul unor tipuri de cancer, precum cancerul de colon, datorita continutului ridicat de fibre.
