The name of the wine "Soler" inherited from the place where according to the technology of dried grapes - from the attic or barn ("Soler"). And although over time wine entered the era of innovative technologies using the latest equipment here, as well as many years ago, the best grapes harvest continue to dry naturally in the attic, so the wine acquires greater smoothness and characteristic notes of licorice.
